My IT Band and knee pain aren’t getting any better, despite my and my trainer’s best efforts.  My Trainer has now suggested I try needling to see if that will offer some relief.  I said, I’d definitely try it, because I’m all for finding something that will make me feel better.  But after looking at this, I’m a bit apprehensive…. I’ll do it, but it’s nothing I’m looking forward to.  Yikes!

Also, have this may be a good time to let you know I’m afraid of needles!
