Running Plus

Fall 50 training isn’t all about running.

Cardio cross training, strength training, core exercises, yoga and stretching… all part of my weekly routine.

Grateful I have the room and equipment to get my workout in at home.  Much better than being stuck in a stuffy gym on a gorgeous summer day.
