I had a great bike ride on Saturday.
I had a horrible run on Saturday.
The run was cut short and was followed by sobs, many many sobs. Full-body crying. The cry was a full-out, cry-fest including body shakes, snot running down my face and uncontrollable tears. I haven’t cried that hard since my parents passed away.
A decision will be made soon.
